After a long wait since early summer, here at Soft Shell we are so excited to announce that we are now fully open for all of our personal care services! Shape up brows and facial preening, pick a new make-up foundation, clean and firm skin with a rejuvenation facial, or relax tight muscles with a deep tissue massage. Our current hours are 10-5 daily but we can accommodate later appointments with notice. We won't be providing same room couples massage for a while but we are happy to accommodate same time massage appointments. To keep all of our amazing staff and lovely clients safe we have implemented new protocols. On the day of your appointment or for shopping, please enter Soft Shell with a fitted mask on correctly (over the nose and mouth). Use hand sanitizer when you first walk in the door which is on the door frame inside and other places in the boutique. Once you do so, the receptionist will take your temperature with a distance body thermometer, fill out an intake form for your service(s) and a health screen questionaire. On return visits, the form is shortened but we will be doing temperature checks regularly and will be filling out a half sheet health form. (It is important to note that if you have any flu or virus symptoms or exposure to/ or like cough, sore throat or fever etc, please cancel your appointment even if it is same morning.) Once your paperwork has been completed your service provider will come bring you to your room and you will continue to wear your mask unless you are having a facial waxing or a facial. Talk to your service provider and they will do their best to make you feel comfortable and still safe. Once you are inside your room, relax and unwind to the dreamy music and trained hands.
